2. Do you sell to individuals or only to businesses?
We primarily cater to wholesalers, boutique owners, resellers, and fashion enthusiasts. Anyone can shop with us as long as the minimum order value (MOV) of ₹1000/- is met.
3. Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum order value is ₹1000/-. This helps us maintain our wholesale model and offer the best possible prices.
4. Are your products anti-tarnish and skin-friendly?
Absolutely! Our jewelry is made with premium, anti-tarnish materials that are skin-friendly and suitable for everyday wear.
5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days.

You’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer COD. We accept prepaid orders only via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through secure payment gateways.
7. Do you offer refunds or replacements?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy (not refunds).
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof at support@rjcollections.store.
We’ll send you a replacement if your request meets our criteria.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 6 hours of placing them. Once shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please email us as soon as possible at support@rjcollections.store.
9. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Delivery charges may vary based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
